Delivery times and charges
Free delivery in the UK
We offer free delivery of orders to anywhere in mainland UK. Please note that for larger items we may choose to send your order by an independent courier. In these instances, delivery will take 7 – 10 days and we will contact you to advise you of this. If your order is required urgently please contact us.
EU customers can order online and costs for delivery will be indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery will take 10 – 15 days in addition to the stated delivery time.
We are pleased to be able to ship to customers worldwide, unfortunately this service is not currently available online. If you require a shipment to a country outside of the EU please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can deal with your request directly.
As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. If your item is being made to order, we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date.
Melanie Porter works with Parcelforce to deliver orders placed online for the UK. Parcelforce provide a fully traceable Nationwide delivery service on all UK deliveries only. When an order is dispatched, customers will receive an email confirmation that includes an order tracking code from Parcelforce. To view the progress of an order please access the Parcelforce website and enter the tracking code supplied.
Parcelforce deliver between 7am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, Parcelforce will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
Bespoke orders will take 10-12 weeks for delivery from confirmation of the order however this can vary and in many cases we may be able to deliver ahead of this time. When your products are ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com or call +44(0)7770 941305 immediately. We will then arrange for a collection of the goods and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
To receive a refund you must return the goods within 28 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Goods must be returned with your packing slip and copy of order confirmation email. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange returns.
All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate.
If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery.
Please note, we do not accept returns on bespoke orders.
