Cleaning Vintage Furniture
I was once told by a very clever man to use vinegar to clean down furniture of dirt and grime. You can see in the photo below the result of a bit of elbow grease and malt vinegar. The only problem is I’m now craving a large bag of chips!
BBC News
Those up early on a Sunday morning may well have spotted me and my shop/studio on BBC Breakfast News, and then on the BBC News Channel during the day on the 4th March. They came down to film a feature about the growing trend for Pop-ups and what a wonderful opportunity they offer to small businesses. Please follow the below link to view the feature.
Pop up update
We are having a wonderful time in our little shop in Seven Dials, London. So much so that we are already talking about when we will be back – soon I hope! We just need a little time to go back to the studio and remake more of our knitted chairs to fill to the rafters. Here are a few sneaky pic of the shop! Open 25th Feb – 5th March. 38 Monmouth Street, London WC2H 9EP.
Pop up Shop
We are so excited to announce that we have been offered a pop-up shop in the prestigious shopping are of Seven Dials, Covent Garden in London. From the 23rd Feb – 5th March our studio will be relocated to number 38 Monmouth Street WC2H 9EP. Our pop-up open studio/boutique will give everyone the opportunity to see exactly how our knitted products are made and shop for special offers.

FT ‘How to Spend it’
You can’t imagine my excitement to receive a phonecall from The FT’s ‘How to spend it’ asking to do a feature on me for their ‘Bespokeperson’ column. Follow this link for the article. The Bespokesperson
Wolf and Badger
One this I particularly love is being given a challenge. And when Josh at Wolf & Badger asked if I could knit some freaky mannequins I jumped at the chance! The pair are in the windows of the Ledbury Road store from the 15th September 2011.

Wolf and Badger Window
We’re always up for a challenge here, so we jumped at the chance when Wolf & Badger asked us to design a knit themed window display for their Notting Hill store. The only clue we can give you is that we’ve been knitting 50m of fingers!
The final result will be unveiled on the 15th September.
