Product Care

In order to keep your lights working at their best we suggest following these simple guidelines.

Battery Powered lights

1. Turn them off when not in use: To conserve battery life, turn off the lights when they are not being used. This will help extend the battery life and prevent unnecessary drain.
2. Use the appropriate battery type: Make sure to use the correct type of batteries as specified. Using the wrong type of batteries can affect the performance and lifespan of the lights.

3. Handle with care: Handle the wires and battery pack gently to prevent any damage to the wires or connections. Avoid pulling or twisting the cables excessively.
4. Protect from moisture: Battery-operated lights are generally not designed to be exposed to moisture or water. Keep them protected from rain, snow, or excessive humidity to prevent damage to the battery compartment and electrical components.

USB powered lights

1. Check voltage compatibility: Ensure that the USB-operated lights or products you are using are compatible with the voltage provided by your USB power source. Using incompatible voltage can damage the lights or products.
2. Handle with care: Handle the USB cables and connectors gently to prevent any damage to the wires or connections. Avoid pulling or twisting the cables excessively.
3. Protect from moisture: USB-operated lights and products are typically not designed to be exposed to moisture. Keep them protected from rain, snow, or excessive humidity to prevent damage to the USB connectors and electrical components.
4. Avoid overloading USB ports: USB ports have their limits in terms of power output. Avoid connecting too many USB-operated lights or products to a single USB port, as it may exceed its power capacity and cause damage. Use USB hubs or power strips with built-in USB ports if you need to connect multiple devices.
