When you become a Melanie Porter client, whether as a studio client, or a customer, we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. We may also collect further details, for example your delivery address, where required. We may also take your credit or debit card details if you wish to pay using that method. We will only collect and use your information where we have lawful grounds and legitimate business reasons for doing so. We will not ask for more information than we need.

We will be transparent in our dealings with you and will tell you how we use your information. We gather this information for the purposes of communicating with you, for carrying out our obligations to you and for invoicing. The relevant information is then used to communicate with you.
