Delivery and Returns

Delivery times and charges

We know how important it is to receive your delivery quickly. As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. All items are handmade in our studio and are ready to be dispatched within two working days of your order.

UK delivery

We offer two types of delivery with Royal Mail to anywhere in mainland UK:

  • Standard First Class Delivery (3-5 working days from order)

  • Tracked 24 Next Day Delivery (1-2 working days from order)

EU deliveries

EU customers can order online and orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Delivery will take up to 5 working days from shipment.

International deliveries

International customers can order online and orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Delivery will take up to 7 working days from shipment.

Next Day UK Delivery: £7.95
Europe: £8.60
Rest of the World: £16.00

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@melanieporter.co.uk or call +44(0)7770 941305 immediately. We will arrange for a collection of the goods and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.

Returns

We hope you will love your order, but in the event you are not happy, you can return an unpersonalised item to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note, we do not accept returns on bespoke or personalised orders.

Items must be returned unused, in their original, un-damaged packaging with a copy of your order confirmation email. We do not accept returns on personalised items unless faulty. Providing the item meets these return requirements, Melanie Porter Design will provide a full refund, excluding postage.

If returning your item by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning your order is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and obtain the proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items.

Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. This will be credited to you via your original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
